Luis,
With all due respect to all of the people who have worked so hard and
diligently creating CUSEEME, in my humble opinion, it is not something that is
ready for deployment in any official capacity for serious use.
I do not believe you want to stick your neck out yet, at least not too far.

http://www.cornell.edu should provide some excellent urls to FAQS about CUSM, as
well as http://www.wpine.com. They will provide you with platform specific
information.

I do not have experience with CUSM on an internal network nor on ISDN lines,
sans modem; you may find it a viable communications tool in that environment.
