recvfrom error on vid_sock?

I am running cornell's reflector software v3.0b3 under MkLinux on a
PowerMac and I am constantly getting this error:

recvfrom error on vid_sock:Connectin refused:FATAL ERROR:EXITING

and the program dies (I have it set up to restart itself using Cron, but
this is a real pain).

Does anyone know how to fix this??
