1) Does it exchange Conf ID 1 packets with the new reflector?
2) Does it recognize the new reflector doesn't want Conf ID 2 packets, or does
it forward ID 2 packets needlessly?
3) Does it fill up its log file with complaints about the new reflector?
In my experience, only WhitePine's reflector is reliable enough to use for
Unicast, but I am interested in how the Cornell version behaves as well.
