Doesn't anyone realise that there are more than one time zone here in
Australia. The easiest way to figure out a time anywhere in the world if
you don't have to benefits of clocks on your computer is to use GMT.
East Coast USA is -5GMT West Coast Australia is +9GMT (usually +8 but
add one for Daylight Saving) East Coast Australia is +11GMT.

Therefore if its 12:00GMT its 7:00 in New York, 21:00 (9:00pm) in Perth
and 23:00 (11:00pm) in Sydney.

Simple.
