Video camera driver for ATI TV tuner card

I am connecting a SONY CCD camera to the composite video input of my ATI
TV tuner (with a ATI 3-D Xpression+PC2TV) for capturing input video for
CUSEEME / Enhanced CUSEEME / Connectix VideoPhone software for
videophone application.
I think I need to set "msvideo=an appropriate driver?" in the SYSTEM.INI
file and may also need to set some other things as well in order to
allow input video from the SONY camera to go through. I would be very
much appreciated if someone would advise me the required driver and
perhaps other things as well to make it work.
