Children in hospital

When talking to a AT&T videophoon rep 1 year ago he mentioned one of their
customers were hospital children departments.

They lend vidophones to parents at home .

At this point CU-SeeMe is not foolproof enough ,yet IMO.
But this is changing rapidly.

Any idea's on how to assemble an affordable CU-SeeMe 'terminal' :

*Fast barebones Mac B&W display small Hard Disk internal 28k8 modem etc
* Window's etc.
* PCI bus processor card (never seen one) + PCI modem card + FlashRom PCI card
* ............
