Push to Talk Button

Maybe this is your problem with Push to Talk-- there is a little black wedge-
shaped pointer at the top of the VU meter in the audio window. When you are
not in push to talk mode, that pointer sets the treshold for sending audio.
Your audio level must go past the threshold level before it is sent out.
Since the default for that pointer is all the way to the top, in the default
setting, non-push-to-talk-mode WONT SEND OUT AUDIO. To send, you have
click on the pointer and pull it down.

It took me a while to figure that one out, and I've told several other people
about it. Maybe this is will help you.
