Windows Version Dies with GPF

I have been running the Windows version of CU-SeeMe continuously for
several months on a Grid PC with a Videospigot card installed.
The machine runs nothing else.
Once a day or so it crashes with the message:
Application Error
CUSEEME caused a General Protection Fault in
module CUSEEME.EXE at 0001:0481.
The message is always the same, and the only way to get it going again is to
turn the power off and on.
Is this a known problem?
