PowerMac Crash (.08b1)

Hello,
I had CU-seeme running great on a powermac (with a QuickCam) for a while,
but then I started getting "error 11" every time I launched it. I've
re-installed the system, re-installed the quickcam software, patched and
re-patched the ethernet bug, and booted with only Quicktime, QuickCam, and
MacTCP extensions. But I still get "error 11". Any ideas?
