ISDN and CU SeeMe

I apologize if you have heard this question a thousand
times before, but here goes:

I would like to set up a configuration in which two
sites could be in vide and audio communication as
follows:

Site A would have a continual full screen image
through the camera on Site B. This would include
color video and audio. Frame rates could be around
15 to 18 per second.

Site B would have a continual full screen image
through the camera on Site A. Same parameters as
Site A above.

Using identical PowerMac's on Sites A and B, could this
be done with current CU SeeMe technology if the two sites
were connected by a Basic Rate ISDN line (128 kbps?) If
not, would it work with 2 ISDN lines?

If the parameters (color, audio, 15 to 18 frames/sec) were
not "doable", could it be done without color in B&W?

If the full-screen picture were too much, is there some
reasonable (cheap) way of scaling up the picture if it
is sent in reduced format?

Thank you,

Marc Boyer
