ISDN and CU SeeMe

The configuration I am considering is as follows:

Two PowerMacs, one at site A and one at Site B.

On a monitor at Site A is a continuous full screen video
from the camera at Site B.

On the monitor at Site B is a continuous full screen video
from the camera at Site A.

The two computers are linked together through an ISDN
Basic Rate (128kbps) line to separate Internet Providers.

The frame rate is above 18 frames per second. Full audio
goes both ways and is properly synched. What we have is a
permanent window between both sites.

Given current CU SeeMe technology, could such a configuration
be created to be stable and reliable. Apart from cameras and
video boards, would the Mac's need any other equipment.

Is color an option? What camera and capture card would provide
the best and most reliable results? Is there any special
audio requirement? Could the Camera on Site A be panned by
an operator at Site B and vice versa? How big could the
screen be? Are PowerMacs the best idea or would some other
Mac be easier to configure?

Thanks for the help!
