System error #11?

hello--

I have been trying out CU-SeeMe for a couple days now...
everything was fine then i quit the program, did some stuff on
netscape, opened the program again and it gave me a system error
#11. It has done the same ever since... WHAT HAVE I DONE?? It only
gives me the option to "restart"!!
