You can't use the Snappy directly with CU-Seeme... but there is
another possibility.

CU-Doodle is a driver for Windows that captures a portion of the
Windows screen, and sends it out as video. Text, graphics, video,
etc... whatever is moved over the capture area is sent. If the
Snappy can generate an image on the screen, then it can be
used with CU-SeeMe.

CU-Doodle is still in early alpha test, but if you'd like to
give it a try:
