OUCH! At least we know where you stand! <g> If a reflector is "public",
then it is "open to the public" and "private" then open to its members. I
think some of the University reflector managers thought ("wished" ?) that
their reflectors would be used for "research" by virgin students and
"academic" purposes, like the original purpose of the internet. SURPRISE!

Oh well, I have to go find some "adult" IP's now.
