Error type 11

I have a pmac 7100 and I am using the PPC .83b3 version of CU-Seeme.
This software worked fine until today. Now when I double click it
begins to load and then my system crashes. Error type 11. I have
even tried dumping the software in the trash and downloading a fresh
copy. Still I get the error type 11 message and system crash. It
is getting very frustrating. Can anyone help?
