No you do not need a vid cap board, just the qcam and cuseeme.

Quickcam alone works w/cuseeme. The quuickcam sends a digitized signal through your parallel port. digitizers are necessary only if you are converting a NTSC, PAL or SECAM (analog video signals) s

Dear Everyone,
I just can't find an answer to this simple question anywhere on the Web.
If I'm using a Windows machine, can I just buy Quickcam and
download the CUSeeMe Windows beta, or do I also need a video
capture board?
