Help Help
I have at long last installed a capture card (VSP-24) and it seems to
work well. I am using a Pentium PC and the freeware version of Cu-Seeme.
When I connect to 127.0.0.1 I get a picture sent back to me OK.
The problem is I never ever get a local window even tho i know I am
transmitting OK.
Has anyone any ideas to help
