-I grabbed the latest version of the Cornell reflector for Digital's OSF
-operating system. It is version 4.00B3 dated 1995. Is it possible to
-have multiple conferences with this version?

Nope.

-Is this done with the
-configuration file or running multiple copies of the program?
-An example configuration file with multiple conferences defined
-would be very nice to see.

-Also, is the development stopped on this reflector? The most resent
-version is still beta after a few years.

As far as I know, Cornell has not released any updates to the 4.00B3 reflector.

We here at White Pine took the original 4.00B3 reflector and have worked on
productizing it. We released version 2.1 in November, and we're working on
version 3.0 now.

The 2.1 reflector supports multiple simultaneous conferences, and many other
features that the 4.00B3 reflector does not support, but you have to pay for
it. (I like getting a paycheck....)
