My local screen is blank

I just installed a QuickCam and am running the Cornell CU-SeeMe. I am able
to start up CU-SeeMe and connect to a reflector, but my Local screen (my
picture) is blank. If I start up the QuickMovie software that came with the
QuickCam, it shows me fine.

Any help? Thank you.
