Mike you MUST give us more information than you have - like for starters
have you a Macintosh or a Windows/PC?, Win 3.1 or Win 95?, etc. etc.
As a guess I'd say that your QuickCam Driver(s)/Extentions are missing.
Try re-installing QuickCam. If that doesn't work check your Digitiser
settings under Video preferences. If you have the correct one showing,
maybe your exposure settings are too low. But really without more details
I'm only guessing.
