Hello Friends!
Thank you very much for your very quick actions in helping me out of the
installing problem.I received four letters advising me what to do about
my failure. After three days of leave out of the towm, I read all the
letters today and worked on their advices for a couple of hours without
success. So I think I'd better to let my friends know what happened.
Mr.Scott Breseke<halo@dnai.com> came first to my aid and implied I may
need additional files from the White Pine.I'll check that first thing
tomorrow after work as it is after midnight here in Seoul.
Ms.Lisa Christina<lchristiansen@wpine.com> came second and advised me
to check my Win95 version and suggested seeking technical support from
tne White Pine.
Jason advised me to set my TEMP and TMP variables. As I will tell you
later, my guess is that I may not have this type of problem.
Lastly, Mr.Mark E. Hendricks<mehendricks@myself.com> hinted me to
re-select the directory when I have the message "Insert tne disk 2." I
reselected my directory as C:\Progam Files\CU-SeeMe and C:\New Folder
where my original file of CU31.exe is downloaded. And I have the
message"Set-up could not find a file on the specified path or disk" in
both of the cases.
To go in some detail with my problems, my system reads "Setup needs the
next disk. Please insert the next disk, Disk 2...." after several setup
steps. With that message, my locator reads
C:\Windows\Temp\~EXB0000\DISK2. I found that ~EXB000 folder has disk1
through disk8.
If I click OK anyway,I have a message "Severe. Error:General File
Transfer error(OPERROR).An error occurred while copying or decompressing
files. Please check your target location and try again. Error Number:-3."
As the White Pine recommends to erase the C:\Windows\Temp,when I did
that , the result was my failure message reading,"Setup cannot extract
the file."

As I am preparing the second weekend with the CU-SeeMe,I would like to
have further advices from my experienced friends .
Thanks again. Have a nice weekend.
