You shouldn't need a Video Capture board with Quickcam. I set up one for my
Father-In-Law and I just plugged it into my parallel port and installed the
software (drivers).

Cu-seeme should work fine with it. If it doesn't check your system.ini file
for an entry in the [drivers] section that starts with MSVIDEO='quickcam...'
(I can't remember what they named the driver). If you have more that one
MSVIDEO entry, e.g. (MSVIDEO2,3) make sure the QuickCam is listed first. If
you're using the White Pines version, you can select which video input you
wish to use.
