Video Capture Card for Mac

How are most of the Quadras capturing video, using Video Spigot or upgrading to
an AV Mac? I saw a note that CUSEEME and Video Spigot had problems with the
Quadra 650. Are there any other Macs that had problem with this s/w combo?
