Title: Harry Browne speech at Libertarian Party Convention

On Wednesday, July 10, at noon EST and noon PST, ISP-TV, the Internet
Service Provider video network, will carry Harry Browne's acceptance
speech at the Libertarian Party National Convention held in Washington,
D.C. Browne is the Libertarian Party nominee for President, and is
expected to be on the ballot in all 50 states in November. The speech was
videotaped on July 6.

ISP-TV uses CU-SeeMe technology from Cornell University and White Pine
Software. Clients are available for both PC and Mac. Viewers need at
