Synchrotech is marketing a PCMCIA (notebook bus) video capture card called
Focus. It has a RCA and a S-Video standard jack which will allow inputs
from any NTSC or PAL compatible source. It is compatible with Microsoft
Video for Windows.

I didn't try the card. Have a look at http://www.synchrotech.com.
