Color QuickCam question

I have recently purchased a Connectix Color QuickCam, but cannot get it to
transmit a picture using CU-SeeMe (a local picture appeared during setup). I
have made the appropriate changes to the cuseeme.ini file, and all settings
are what they are supposed to be, to the best of my knowledge.

The local window appears blank, and when I connect to self the remote
picture is grey. The staus bar shows that an image is being received.

I have a 486dx4 100mhz, w/16 meg RAM, Windows 3.11, Trumpet TCP 2.1,
USRobotics 28.8 modem (upgraded to 33.6).

Anybody with any suggestions or solutions?
