There is also "Ye Old Cu-Doodle Assistant" which is an addon to
Cu-Doodle.. (A kind of add-on to an addon to cuseeme. :)) It replaces
the role of captest and allows you to shrink your video to reduce
bandwidth usage, and offers a window to type in, or doodle window.

Just position cudoodle windows over the cudoodle assistants windows and
yer ready.
