THere's a couple of things you can do with a Win95/NT program called
WS_PING32. You can do a REVERSE DNS LOOKUP and a TRACEROUTE on a
particular IP address. "Lookup" will tell you what computer name
associated with the IP address, which will tell you the domain. (If the
address is registered in a DNS.) "Trace" will bounce between all devices
betweenyour computer and theirs, some devices will give names giving
you an idea where they are.

You can get the program from toucows winsock archive.

THe author has others suck as ws_ftp, ws_ping, and ws_watch. All good
progams!
