Analog video codec for PowerBooks?

Does anyone know of a device that allows me to decode analog video (from
a camcorder or the like) into my PowerBook 5300c? The PB has 2 PC slots,
serial and SCSI ports. I know there are PC card codecs for Intel
lapstops, but do they exist for Macs?
