First create a emergency repair disk by doing a Run rdisk.

I would then run the program REGEDT32.EXE and find any references to the
quickcam in any of the windows and remove them. Be careful that you dont
remove any sound card stuff that NT requires.

THere are'nt many video capture boards supported under Windows NT.
Connectix said hey are coming our with NT drivers for the quickcam, but
who knows when. I remember there being a card from Winnov that comes
witha 16bit sound card and video capture on the same card that will
support NT in the near future. (See http://www.winnov.com)
You wont find a spigot (which there are nt drivers for). Hope this
helps.
