I just had a word with my ISP to unban CUSEEME. They probably will, but
I have some questions.
With the old versions ALL bandwidth was taken despite the speed
of your modem. I.e. there was heavy (useless) network traffic from e.g.
a usa reflector to my ISP here in Holland, and the traffic was jammed by
the lower speed of modems. This is was them made them upset.
The question is: How can one block the older CUSEEME programs and
let the newer versions (with send/receive limits) pass through?
This may help the people at my ISP to get on cuseeme, so any advice
is appreciate!
