Why didn't I think of this before??

My ISP has a few WEB CAMS set up to cover parts of
Cape Cod....this is LIVE VIDEO on web page.

check out:
http://www.capecod.net
then click on
NE ACCESS
then click on The Web Cams
Then click on your choice of 6 places here on the Cape.
