I used ipmulti3.5-sunos41x.tar.gz(or .Z) and reflector3.0b3.tar.gz(or .Z).
Sun's kernel config is ... ( I used mcast_install command. )
terada[7]% cat MULTICAST-4.1.3C-J
# The INET option is not really optional; every kernel must include it.
options INET # basic networking support - mandatory
options MULTICAST # multicast kernel extension
options MROUTING
options RSVP_ISI # reservation protocol hooks

Sun's reflector Makefile is ...
terada[8]% cat Makefile
# for non BSD systems remove the -D_BSD
# for non multicast systems remvoe the -DMULTI
CFLAGS = -g -D_BSD -DDEBUG -DMULTI

Please send the other checkpoints to me.
Thank you.
