Problem with miro dc1 capture card

Hi i have s Miro DC1 capture card but i cannot get it to work with
cu-seeme. I have the latest windows version, when i start cu-seeme it
says initializing Capture palette and then it says unsupported function
twice. It then starts but my video window is full of garbage

In video setup my video card image setting is Mjpeg compressed.

It says in the list of cards that the miro should work.?

any ideas on what the problem may be
