Steven,

Unfortunately, NO (to the best of my knowledge) you can not use AOL to
access CUSM. AOL provides an interface for selected Internet functions
only. You can not do CUSM, IRC and some others. If you compare the
pricing available you will usually find that Internet providers giv you far
more time for your $ than AOL can. I'm not flaming your use of AOL (I've
used it in the past). AOL provides a function for a wide market. On AOL
you are paying $9.95/month for 5 hours of time. Here in Mpls/St Paul I can
get 120 hours for $14.95 or unlimited access for $30.00.

If you really want to get into TRUE internet functions go with a true
internet provider. If you use AOL's browser you can search for Internet
providers in your area (most have home pages).

As far as your computer freezing when you try to open CUSM it would help to
provide a little more information like: What kind of computer, etc?

My first guess is going to be that it maybe freezing because you aren't
connected to the with a tcp/ip connection.

Good luck. Hope you join the fast and furiosly growing CUSM users!!
