You can minimize the security risk by allowing the UDP access to ONE HOST ONLY.
Then make sure that this host has no access to your remaining local network.

Here is the information for the router filter. Of course the
the xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx should be replaces with the appropriate
ip information. The router administrator should know how to
handle it. (The format could be different)

permit udp 0.0.0.0 255.255.255.255 xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx 0.0.0.0 eq 7648
permit udp 0.0.0.0 255.255.255.255 xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx 0.0.0.0 eq 7649
permit udp 0.0.0.0 255.255.255.255 xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx 0.0.0.0 eq 7650
permit udp 0.0.0.0 255.255.255.255 xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx 0.0.0.0 eq 7651
permit udp 0.0.0.0 255.255.255.255 xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx 0.0.0.0 eq 7652

To leave this list send listproc@cornell.edu a message body with the |
command "u*subscribe cu-seeme-l". (Replace the '*' with 'n'; if |
the "un" word had appeared then this message would have automagically |
been filtered to the trash by many people's filtering configuration.) |
