Problem with CuSeeMe for Windows

I am using CU-SeeMe for Windows over a SLIP connection and am having
3 problems.

1. I have been trying to watch NASA TV. Whenever I connect to a
reflector that carries it, things will appear normal except that the
transfer rate will slowly count down from 15kbps to 0bps.
Occasionaly it will jump up to 1 or 2 kbps. Which basically gives me
0fps rendering this unusable. I have connected to other places (that
do not carry NASA TV) and can get 6 - 12fps.

2. Sometimes when I select disconnect. It will display the message
"disconnecting from - (IP address)". Then after a moment it displays
waiting for connection. Then it suddenly reconnects me to the place
I had just disconnected from. The only way I can stop this is to
exit the program and start it back up. Occasionally the reconnection
will be to the same place, but the IP address will be slightly
different. And each time I disconnect it changes.

3. It does not create an INI and therefore does not keep my changes.

I was using version W0.34b4 and just changed to W0.34b5 hoping that
it would solve some of these problems but so far it does not appear
to help. In fact I just got a GP fault. If I can reproduce it, I'll
try to get more info about it.

Thanks for any help
