Your problem is a frequent symptom of bad allocation of upper memory buffers
using EMM386.exe. Use MSD.EXE to examine memory and exclude those ranges
not available for use by your ROM Bios etc.. Don't use Memmaker, hand tweak
your
upper memory for TSR's.
