I agree that there is a wide discrepancy between popular servers and no so
popular servers.

I would recommend that a piece of software is written that runs on a
central computer that shows how many people are any given server.

Many of the problems arise also from the fact that if no one is on, I don't
stick around long where as if people stick around for 5 or 10 minutes the
group (with the piece of software above) would reach critical mass.

I would even recommend that reflectors are capable of sending messages to
the piece of software that explains the current discussion topic (this
would be settable by special users).

What do you think of these ideas?
