It is my understanding that at parcftp.xerox.com/pub/net-research/nv*
you can find the tool nv, and at ftp.ee.lbl.gov/ftp/conferencing/vat/vat*
you can find the tool vat. These are video and audio tools that can
talk to CU-SeeMe reflectors with nv-uc-in and vat-uc-in port assignments
with these commands
'nv reflector.ip.address &'
'vat reflector.ip.address &'
