CuSeeMe does not require PPP, it requires IP (the Internet Protocol).
PPP and Slip (and CSlip) are just different ways of carrying IP
packets across a serial line.
Two communciating CuSeeme programs don't care how the packets were
transfered between them, just that what one sends the other receives.
