Both ECU and the Cornell version run just fine under NT. I use both under
3.51 on a regular basis.

I think this is where your problem may lie. I don't think there are
QuickCam drivers for NT. I'm sure you'd be able to find drivers for some
of the capture boards but don't have any info...
