Greetings:
Try setting your transmit/receive mins and maxs, to 28 & 10, respectively.
What I've also heard is the you take your average dial-in connection rate (i.e.-
26.4, 28.8 & 33.6) and use THAT value (rounded down) as the maximum transmit/
receive rate (i.e. - max=26, 28 or 33 respectively).
Since I average between 26.4 and 28.8, I opt for a maximum value of 27!
