Timed Out problems etc.

Hello all, I think I've finally gotten all my settings in order thanks
to Bill and others. I still have trouble connecting but now am
beginning to believe it is the fault of Netcom. I am looking into a new
provider. If any of you live in the 314 area code (St. Louis) please
email me with a name of your provider. I did use the list from the www
but there are 15 pages of providers for my area!!! Would love to have
someone rec. a good one. Thanks again for all your help to everyone.

Problems: 1) will not connect
2) connect but no video or very slow
3) will connect for a few minutes then get "timed out" and
reconnect message for Netcom.
4) chat window does not work even after hitting reset button
5) strange that CU works better after turning off computer
and reboot?
