Click on the item on the task bar with the RIGHT mouse button, and choose
MOVE. Use the cursor keys to move it into a good place on the screen, and
hit <ENTER> to complete the operation.

If this doesn't fix it, you can use NOTEPAD to go into the ini file and
change the screen coordinates of the windows by hand.
