Welcome to yet another win95 bug. What you'll need to do us go into the
network control panel, remove TCP/IP, reboot, reinstall TCP/IP, reboot, put
back in your static IP for your LAN in the TCP/IP layer associated with
the network card, reboot (kinda tiresome eh?). It should be ok after
this.
