Thanks...

1. "2.5 Release", I'll check that, and probably download again just
to be sure, if I ever get the time at home.

2. I started looking yesterday, but only found ASCII/Text file diff
commands in Windows UNIX utilities so far.

3. Yes, intermittant problems are the worst. 29 years of hardware
systems troubleshooting/maintenance and systems software testing
verify that...:-) Plus, Windows95 is not my real area of expertise.

4. Hmmm..."if Win98 wont even boot"...what are you telling me? Are
you having problems with 98?
