Subject: Correct vid-cap settings, please?

I would be grateful if someone could advise me on the proper video
capture settings in CU-Seeme 1.0. I believe I can set my new color
camera to whatever those may be, but I cannot find recommended settings
anywhere.
I have a Diamond Supra Video Capture Kit on an IBM P-133. My preview
picture on CU-Seeme is wonderful -- sharp, and 31 fps. But I always get
the error message: Unsupported video capture setting.
