As far as I know, you can't. Even the cheaper line of cameras and capture
cards cost $140-$200 or so. A capture card can be found for under $100,
but the camera is the hard part to find.
If you're looking for a cheap way to get involved, the Connectix Quickcam
does do the job (though poorly compared to capture cards. I've used the
B&W Quickcam with great success and know others who have used the Color
Quickcam/Color Quickcam 2 with success. I'd be cautious of the Quickcam
VC since it seems to have its fair share of problems. I've also seen lots
of problems with a lot of the USB cameras (lack of drivers and support
mainly).
For a PC capture card, I like the Winnov (http://www.winnov.com). Info on
