Do U See This? Pt. 2

I am using the .34b4 Win software with my V.34 modem at 28.8K.

One of the things that really bothers me is the frame rate is constantly
changing on the pictures I receive, which are all from Reflectors.

Even if there is only one video being repeated and I am the only viewer
on, frame rates on a consistently moving scene run all over, from 5 to twelve
a second. What I don't understand is, even systems transmitting black vary
just as much. Of course, the data rate is always changing too, but I don't
know which is driving which. Every second or so the frame rate will
change by 50% or more.

My question: do you folks with Macs and a high speed perminent connection
see this? And, can any tech types explain why I have this problem? Is it
with the Reflectors or the originating transmisssion or me?

Many thanks, Dave in Phoenix
